what is switch?

We are a fully independent family run cocktail & coffee games lounge. We pride ourselves in being a community led & family friendly venue by day and a grown ups playground by night. We’re known for our laid back, friendly and interactive service.

Our team have carefully curated a menu with house cocktails & expertly made classics, modern lagers, craft beers, awesome coffee, milkshakes, mocktails & our famous NY Style pizza and ultimate chicken wings.

OKAY WISEGUY, HOW MUCH WILL ALL THIS COST ME?

• Game console session prices are £7pp for 60 minutes - as the player count goes up, the price comes down! 4 players is just £5pp

• Table tennis is £10 per hour (half price Mon-Thurs)

• Beer Pong is FREE, you just need to buy your drinks to fill the cups! Booking restrictions may apply.

• The pool table is £1 per game pay to play and accepts coins or contactless payments.

• Our collection of board games, cards and other nick nacks are free to use!

What if I don’t game?

SWITCH is for everyone, we have a very inclusive attitude and anyone is welcome to join our squad. We can’t promise we wont try and win you over to play something though!

do you accept large groups?

We have plenty of space to sit large groups, we always encourage customers to book ahead. Give our friendly team a message and they’ll be sure to cater to your parties needs. (Please note some activities will have limited participants)

aRE YOU FAMILY FRIENDLY?

In short, yes! However some time restrictions apply to make sure little Switchers are kept safe.

Family friendly times Monday - Thursday 17:00 - 19:00, Friday 12:00 - 19:00, Saturday 12:00 - 19:00 & Sunday families are welcome to join us all day!

(Please note - we have limited access baby change situated in our ladies restrooms)

Under 18’s policy

Under 18’s are welcome to stay outside of family friendly times so long as there is one adult per two under 18 guests. Parents/guardians are reminded that Switch is a bar and may not be entirely child appropriate outside of our dedicated family hours. We may ask for under 18’s to be off premises no later than 21:00.

Do you offer dairy free alternatives?

We will always endeavor to cater for guests requirements and intolerances, we have oat and coconut milks as dairy alternatives and can source others upon request.

can you do private hire?

We provide bespoke private hire on request. Speak to the team and we will be sure to help you create a party package tailored to your needs.

Do you do kids parties?

Children’s parties welcome within Family Friendly time periods. As with private hire and large bookings this is arranged on an individual basis. Please message the team to discuss your ideas.

Are you dog friendly?

Well behaved doggos are very much welcome at Switch.
